Lubrication is a crucial element in the efficiency and life expectancy of any rotating equipment. It reduces friction and allows moving machine parts to slide smoothly past each other. That’s why we developed our first-class lubrication management service, known as a “LubriCare”, a hydrocarbon management program for lubricating critical and defined equipment on a periodic basis.
LubriCare is tailored to suit our customer’s specific requirements and is developed and changed accordingly, depending on our ongoing findings. This type of support enables our customers to plan their maintenance activity more effectively and assists them in progressing from a time-based maintenance schedule to a condition-based maintenance schedule.
All DMS Engineers are qualified to a minimum of MLA/MLT Level 1 as controlled by the ICML (International Council of Machinery Lubrication).
Hydrocarbon Management Program
The hydrocarbon management program has cost-effective maintenance management as one of its key objectives and promotes real benefits by reducing total cost of ownership (TCO).

As part of the lubrication and fluids management program, our specialists work to an agreed schedule on-site, to manage fluids. This includes reviewing and managing the lifecycle of lubricant and fluid products from selection, storage, treatment, application through to disposal.
