All our fan balancing equipment is thoroughly serviced and calibrated regularly, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of accuracy when carrying out this service.
Prolonging the Safe and Efficient Running of Fans
Fan balancing can be undertaken by either one of our in-house service engineers or by a trusted partner company. Regular servicing and maintenance of industrial fans is proven to prolong the safe and efficient running of the asset.
Our qualified site service engineers can also monitor and detect the onset of possible issues affecting the optimum operation of fans, such as imbalance.
Routine Fan Services
All our fan balancing equipment is thoroughly serviced and calibrated regularly, ensuring that we maintain the highest level of accuracy when carrying out this service.
If an issue has been detected, we can organise for a routine fan service visit, where the following services can be undertaken:
- Impellor balancing using CEMB Hoffman equipment
- Impellor and fan cleaning
- Precision coupling alignment
- V-belt alignment
- Replacement of parts, such as bearings, belts, pulleys, motors, fasteners, etc.
