As part of this service, one of our engineers will visit site to identify and record inventory of all specified assets, creating an asset database that will enable you to overcome challenges associated with equipment obsolescence.

As part of this service, one of our engineers will visit site to identify and record inventory of all specified assets, including but not limited to:
- Gear reducers / gearboxes
- Geared motors
- Motors (AC, DC, Servo, etc.)
- Pumps
- Fans
- Conveyors
- Mixers
- Crushers
- Screens
- Centrifuges
Asset Database
During the survey, we create an asset database, ensuring each asset is photographed and catalogued with the following details:
- Site
- Area
- Asset
- Component
- Manufacturer details (references, speeds, powers, etc.).
The databases can then be used to understand the sites spares requirement, overcome challenges related to equipment obsolescence, and improve rationalisation, etc.
