Machine Health Monitoring Made Simple and Effective

The new VibLite product developed by HAYLEY 247 DEXIS, enables engineers to quickly evaluate machine health by collecting data from 2 off Bluetooth accelerometers. The simple smartphone application enables the engineer to set up an asset, within seconds and collect data. The application automatically sets the alarm thresholds by using the default ISO standard, or determine machine condition according to industry standards.

What Does the Kit Consist of?

Pelicase 1120 (external dimensions 185 x 121 x 85mm) supplied with designed internal engineered foam that thas 2 x accelerometers fitted into:

  • 2 off 2 pole magnets, that fit to the accelerometers
  • 1 off test certificate / CE marked certificate

2 off Bluetooth accelerometers (battery replaceable) 3 axis. Specification as follows:

  • Measures velocity (mm/s)
  • Estimated battery life 5 years (battery replaceable)
  • IP66 environmental sealing
  • CE Marked, UKCA & RoHS compliance

Easy to Use

The VibLite kit is an easy to use, bluetooth enabled handheld sensor that connects to apps that work with Android tablets and smartphones. The VibLite kit is ideal for service, reliability or maintenance staff as part of their maintenance tool box. The kit enables any person to quickly take a machine health check reading during their maintenance routine on plant.
